I resetnpoutlayer 2, now I can fast travel everywhere including the institute. So I used command DumpInputLayers and the second one was fasttravel disabled. Thinking at least I could play game in commonwealth, maybe join the brotherhood.Now I could no longer fast travel LOL. So I used command sqt to list all my quest targets and used movetoquesttarget command to move to one of the quests I had in diamond city. I couldn't go through the elevator door trying to get out since fast travel was not working.

I got xp for quest, but now I couldn't go down elevator to the institute proper, I got access denied. Thinking since I restarted it, it would not complete it with me being in bad shape with the institute.

I then used command line to just complete the quest. Father didn't guide me to him or start the quest. I used command line to reset quest, didn't do anything to help, didn't start me at the beginning so I went to the control room thinking if I started there Father would start talking over the intercom and I would just redo the quest.
